Dr. Anoop Kumar Tiwari works as Scientist E at the National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research, Goa. He holds a Ph.D. in Marine Science from Goa University post-graduation in environmental engineering. Dr. Tiwari has been active in Polar environmental studies for the last 22 years and contributed to upgrading the environmental conditions of Indian Antarctic stations and conducting impact assessment studies and establishing one of the Indian Antarctic stations. He has published more than twenty-five publications in national and international journals and many technical reports.
