Book Publication 

The author of the book hereby agrees to the following terms:

• The author is submitting the own manuscript of the book(s) to Scientific Publishers for the purpose of approval, printing, distribution and promotion.
• Scientific Publishers will conduct peer reviewing of the proposed material with their experts for further publication.  
• The author assures that his/her work is original and not used at any other literature written by someone else. In case the book is found to be plagiarized, publisher will have the right to withdraw the book any time. The authors assure that his/her book is not related with the following of exception:   
•             Plagiarized, or copied content
•             Anti-government content
•             Allegations for organizations and communities.
• The author will not resale the books he/she receives as complementary copies from the publisher.
• The author(s) will receive free copies of the published work gratis as per agreement.
• Author(s) may obtain additional copies for the personal use at a discount of 30% of the list price directly from the Publisher.
• The author will be able to make changes to his/her book till he/she has approved the book to be published.
• The author must check carefully the final proofs before approving for publication.
• Revisions are however possible in the next version/edition, after the ready stock of his/her book(s) is sold out completely. If the author wants changes in the book after it is printed, additional charges will be applicable.
• Minor changes are allowed on the cover design and the cover design is made from the suggestions if sent initially by the author.
• The author can also separately promote and advertise the book to increase the sales.
• Publisher will pay ‘royalty’ to the author(s) of the book on timely basis. Royalty will be made once a year after taking into account the sales up-to-the end of May each year.
• The author agrees that price of the book will be decided by the Publisher. Author can suggest the price to publisher according to their experience and discretion.  

Article Publication

• A covering letter required addressed to the Editor‐in‐Chief, Journal Division, Journal Name, Jodhpur and should certify that
• The present submission is made only to this Journal and has not been submitted elsewhere
• This manuscript includes no material drawn from other published and copyright sources
• Proper acknowledgement/s and citation/s are made in the MS
• Take full responsibility for any errors or omissions
• Fully understand any false submissions could render the relationship with us void at any point of review process
• Undertake not to submit the MS elsewhere, whether in India or abroad.

Author’s responsibilities

• Author(s) are full responsible to provide authentic information and take fullest care of copyright matters
• Author(s) should obtain due permission for directly reusing third‐party data, if any, in their manuscript
• Corrections on the proof should be minimum and normally restricted to printer's errors. No change in the names of the authors is permissible at the proof stage. If there are valid reasons, please share to the Editor.

Copyright and Plagiarism

• There has zero tolerance against plagiarism. If, at any stage, plagiarism is detected, the published article will be withdrawn and the crime will be clearly mentioned in the next issue, with a copy marked to the mother institution where the author(s) worked or are working.
• The manuscripts in no condition should be based on the subject matter of a predatory journal(s) nor there should be any citations of articles from predatory journal(s).

Publication Charges

• Names of potential reviewers: Supply names, institutional addresses, and current email address of three preferred or non‐preferred reviewers (if any)
• Charges: The author(s) agree to pay a processing and publication fee. The total page charges, to be paid by the concerned author(s), will be notified by Editor Office. There will be no page charges for invited papers (if any) or those papers, which are either authored by the members of the Editorial Board of journal or one of them is a co‐author of the article.
• Reprints: The corresponding author will receive a PDF of the published paper via email.

Rules of Conduct on Site

You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Scientific Publishers may review, edit, reject, refuse to post and/or delete any Content that in the sole judgment of Scientific Publishers violate these Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of another person.

You must use the Sites in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Sites, including without limitation, collecting usernames and/or email addresses of registered members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Sites, are not permitted. This includes the unauthorized interception of the data stream coming from or going into the Sites, as well as attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or exceeding your authorized access.

You understand that Scientific Publishers has the right at all times to disclose any information (including the identity of the persons providing information or materials on the Sites) as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or valid governmental request. This may include, without limitation, disclosure of the information in connection with investigation of alleged illegal activity or solicitation of illegal activity or in response to a lawful court order or subpoena. In addition, we can (and you hereby expressly authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials, as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with the investigation and/or resolution of possible crimes, especially those that may involve personal injury.

Mandatory Declaration - Computers

You hereby declare that you have provided all necessary Legal Details for the shipment of the product to the destination specified by you in the Order.

You further declare that the Product will be acquired for personal use of the Consignee and/or Buyer. The Product will not be sold, resold, bartered or in any way disposed for profit.

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Trademark, Copyright and Restriction

This site is controlled and operated by Scientific Publishers. All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by us or by other parties that have licensed their material to us. Material on Scientific Publishers web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by us is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Scientific Publishers are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Cancellation of Order

Scientific Publishers reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Scientific Publishers is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Scientific Publishers policy or for any other reason. However, Scientific Publishers will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, indicental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible loss (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from or arising out of (i) the use of or the inability to use the service, (ii) the cost to obtain substitute services resulting from any transaction entered into on through the service, (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data transmissions, (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or (v) any other matter relating to the service.
