Dr. Arpita Kackar is a distinguished psychologist whose
passion for psychology and education has profoundly
impacted her students and peers, establishing her as a beacon
of knowledge and an advocate for mental health. Currently
serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of
Psychology at Jai Narain Vyas University (JNVU), Jodhpur, Dr.
Kackar brings 12 years of teaching experience at both
undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Dr. Kackar’s scholastic
achievements are noteworthy. She earned her Ph.D. for
pioneering research, holds a Postgraduate Diploma in
Rehabilitation Psychology, and has qualified for the RPSC
SLET. As an innovator in psychological assessment, she has
developed six widely used psychological tests, that have
become invaluable resources for research and practice. With over 39 papers published
in national and international journals, her work is frequently cited and highly regarded
within the academic community.
Beyond academics, Dr. Kackar is a sought-after speaker for conferences, seminars, and
faculty development programs. Dr. Kackar has successfully supervised two Ph.D.
candidates, with three more under her guidance. She is also working as the principal
investigator for a research project supported by the Rajasthan Higher Technical Quality
Improvement Scheme (RHTQIS), focusing on the mental health, adjustment, and
emotional intelligence among Pakistani migrant children and adolescents. Dr. Arpita
Kackar’s remarkable career, extensive research, and consistent dedication to teaching
and mentorship have made her a pivotal figure in the field of psychology. Her efforts
