Prof B C Kusre is Professor in the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Enginering in the College of Agricultural Engineering and PHT under Central Agricultural University, Imphal. He has a experience of teaching, reserach and extension for more than 20 years. He graduated in Agricultural Engineering from JNKVV, Jabalpur and went on to complete his M tech from G B Pant University of Agri and Tech, Pantnagar and PhD from Tezpur central University, Tezpur (Assam). He joined as Assistant Professor in North Eastern Regional Institute of Water and Land Management, Tezpur and then went on to become Associate Professor in the year 2010 and Professor (2016) in Central Agricultural University. During his professional experience he completed number of externally funded projects sponsored by agencies such as Department of Science and technology, Government of India and Central Agricultural University, Imphal on the topic of Natural Resources Management and published around 23 papers in various journals of international repute.
