Heera Lal Atal S/O Shri Mangi Lal Atal, was born on 25
Dec 1995 at Sinodiya, District – Jaipur, Rajasthan, He has completed B.Sc.
(Hons) Agriculture from SKN Agriculture university, Jobner, Jaipur, Rajasthan
in 2017, and M.Sc. (Ag) Horticulture from Maharana Partap university of
agriculture and technology, Udaipur, Rajasthan in 2019, at present, he is pursuing
his Ph.D. (Floriculture and landscape architecture) from Bidhan Chandra Krishi
Viswavidyalaya, Mohanpur, West Bengal. He has qualified ASRB-NET in floriculture
and landscaping (2019). Now he is doing his Ph.D. research work on bending
techniques in rose.
