Dr. L. Nirmala, Ph.D., MHRM. She is working as Asst. Professor in Dept. of Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology, Agricultural College and Research Institute, Madurai (TNAU). Previously She is specialized in communication and woman development. She has worked in Water Technology Centre (TNAU), Coimbatore, Centre for Agriculture and Rural Development Studies (TNAU, Coimbatore), Anbil Dharmalingam Agricultural College and Research Institute (Trichy), Tamil Nadu Rice Research Institute, Aduthurai (Thanjavur), Agricultural College and Research Institute (Madurai), ICAR – KVK- Sikkal (Nagapattinam).
