Dr. Nidhan Singh obtained his Masters and Doctorate in Botany from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana (India). He started his career as Assistant Professor at the Department of Botany, I.B. (PG) College, Panipat in 2006. He is presently serving as a senior Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Botany and Biotechnology. He is actively contributing to the floristic research of India through his regular explorations of Western Himalayas and other parts of country. He has also contributed for many pages to http://www.flowersofindia.net. Dr. Nidhan Singh has published many research papers in journals of repute and presented his research papers in many National and International conferences.
