Dr. P.K. Jain (1961) obtained his Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Applied Geology with Gold Medal from Sagar University. He acquired graduation (LL.B.) and post graduation (LL.M.) degrees in Law from RTM Nagpur University and Master of Computer Application (M.C.A.) and Master of Business Management (MBA) degrees from Indira Gandhi Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi. He was awarded Ph.D. on Mineral Legislation by RTM Nagpur University. He is receipient of Rajiv Gandhi National Award for original book writing on Gyan-Vigyan for the year 2008-09. By profession he is Mineral Economist but computer is his passion.
