Dr. Ram Ashish Yadav completed B.Sc. (Ag) and M.Sc. (Ag) in Agronomy from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and Ph.D. (Agronmy) form the Chandra Shekher Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur. Presently he is working as a Director (Seed & Farms) and as a Project Invetigator at All India Coordinated Research Project on Weed Control in the Department of Agronomy, College of Agriculture, Chandra Shekher Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur. He has long experience in teaching of Under Graduate, Post Graduate and Ph.D. Agronomy students with specialization of weed management.  He has published several research papers/popular articles in national and international journal of repute and  4 books entitled Weed management on Field crop in hindi and english, weed management in vegetable crops and Usar men dhankikheti . He has also guided 10 students of Post Graduate and five student of Ph.D. Dr. Ram Ashish Yadav has been honoured with several awards from different organizations and has received the “Best teacher award” from the university. He is also involved in research and extension activities in the field of Agronomy with specialization of weed management.
