Dr. Aditi Mathur is working as Assistant Professor (HRD) in the Institute of Agri Business Management, Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner, Rajasthan. She is Placement officer of IABM since 2016 and as Assistant Placement officer from 2012 to 2016 ensuring 100 percent placements of the MBA students of the institute. Prior to joining the public sector job she worked as a freelance trainer and counselor. She has more than twenty three years of teaching and training experience.

She worked as PI for the project titled “Market research analysis of packed tender coconut water in India” under Coconut Development Board, Kochi. She has guided 4 PhD scholars, more than 72 post-graduation research for MBA (AB) program. She has published more than 21 research papers in national and international journals, two books and two reports. She has worked as Nodal officer for Agri Clinic and Agri Business Centre, a scheme of the Ministry of Agriculture, to carry out training among agri graduates for agriprenuership. Her teaching interests include training, business communication, behavioural science, human resource management and strategic management.
