Dr. Amita Sharma is a machine learning enthusiast and working as Assistant Professor for Quantitative Management Techniques since 2012. She is teaching and guiding Agri MBA and PhD students for more than 10 years. Her areas of expertise are Quantitative Techniques, Operations Research, Marketing and Machine Learning. She has published 15 national level and 27 international level research papers, contributed 10 book chapters and edited 2 books. She has organized 5 workshops on MS Excel, R, Power Bi. SPSS and Data Analytics and delivered more than 15 lectures online and offline on various topics in seminar and workshops.

She has also chaired session tracks in national and international conferences. She has developed a new curriculum for Data Science in Agri Business Management. She has been Principal Investigator of RKVY Project and associated with two ICAR extramural projects. 

She proudly owns the Post-Doctoral Researcher title in Machine Learning and Mental Health from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands. She is lifetime member of APO Alumni Association of India (AAA) and All India Agricultural Students Association (AIASA).
