Dr. M. Israel Thomas is working as a Asst. Professor (Agricultural Extension) at Kerala Agricultural University, Pattmbi, Kerala. He is specialized in Participatory approaches, Cyber extension, Communication and Human Resource Management. He has been associated as resources person for national and international training for extension personnel in Communication, Management and cyber extension for the past nine years. He has organized and Coordinated four National training Programmes and 15 State Level Training Programmes for the Officers of the Development Departments, Scientists and Teachers. He attended more than twenty national and international seminars/symposiums/conference and published more than 20 Research Papers and more than 10 popular articles in various reputed Journals and Seminars. He is closely associated with many National and International Professional Societies.
