Dr. S.N. Kaul 5.11.1944 is presently Director Grade-Scientist and Head, Wastewater Technology Division, National Environmental Engineering Research Institute Nagpur. Dr. Kaul is a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering From New Castle upon Tyne, U.K. in 1979. Dr. Kaul has 28 Years of experience in R&D Programmes and has Published over 162 research Papers and 100 Technical  reports. He also has 2 Patents to his credit He has authored 6 books and 8 manuals. He has also guided 7 students for Ph.D. Engineering Dr. Kaul has won several awards like CSIR Special Technology Award; CSIR Raman Gold Medal etc.
