Professor Raksha Pal Singh, a renowned agricultural scientist, academician and researcher and Vice-Chancellor of Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner, Rajasthan. He obtained Master’s degree in 1988 from Meerut University and thereafter Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra, U.P. In addition, Prof. Singh was conferred with the Post PGD in Mass Communication and Journalism from Central Institute of Hindi, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. He is President, Indian Society of Extension Education, New Delhi and Vice-President, Indian Society of Genetics, Biotechnology Research & development He has written 14 Books, published 105 research papers, published 58 Success Stories, 39 Articles in popular magazines/newspapers and developed 32 Extension literature. He has also consulting 36 research projects.
